"Pretty much exactly what I hoped for"
I got the shoes my first thought was, okay good, they actually look like the pictures. The size was right, they feel comfy so far, and shipping was quicker than I expected. I kept waiting for there to be some little issue, but nope, no complaints from me. I’d definitely order from here again.

"Shipping took a little longer than expected"
I ordered from SHOE SHOW MEGA and the shoes themselves were totally fine. The shipping was a bit slower than I expected, and the tracking didn’t really update for a few days, which made me wonder what was going on. But it did get here in the end and the box was in good shape, so it wasn’t a huge deal. Just not the fastest delivery experience.

"I stopped in looking for work..."
I stopped in looking for work shoes and the woman working there was really nice. She helped me find my size and didn’t make me feel rushed at all, which I appreciated. The store was clean and had more options than I expected, and the prices seemed fair. The only thing that made me hesitate a bit was that one pair I looked at rang up a little different than the shelf price, so it kind of chipped away at my confidence for a second. They did sort it out, though, and overall I’d probably shop there again

Well... I wasn’t totally sure what to expect when I ordered these sneakers, but they’re actually really nice. They feel solid, the stitching looks clean, and they definitely don’t have that cheap feel. I’ve worn them a few times already and they’ve been comfortable too, so overall I’m happy with them

"Wrong size at first, but they sorted it out"
My order showed up in the wrong size, which was annoying at first. I contacted customer service and they actually got back to me quickly and sent out the right pair. The new one arrived fine and fits like it should. i was ready to be irritated about the whole thing, BUT they handled it well, so I’m happy enough with the experience.

I was surprised by how many styles they had. I went in just looking for one pair of casual shoes, and next thing I knew I was browsing boots, sandals, and sneakers too. There were tons of colors and brands, not just the same boring options you see everywhere.

The site was easy to use, and I found a few pairs I haven’t seen in stores near me. I also appreciate when a shop makes it easier for people to find something that actually fits their style instead of pushing the same trends on everyone. Really happy with the selection, and I’ll probably shop here again.

"Had a weird feeling about the order tracking"
Ordering the shoes was easy enough, but I had a feeling early on that the shipping part wasn’t going to be smooth. "Felt like robots were answering my emails"
I ordered a pair of shoes and realized pretty much right away that I needed a different size, so I messaged them and tried calling too. I figured it would be a quick fix, but it took a few days before anyone got back to me.
By that point the order was already on its way, so nothing really got sorted out. The shoes themselves were fine, but the customer service was slow, and the email replies felt like they were coming from robots instead of an actual person trying to help.

"Everyone there is always super helpful"
The staff at my store were really helpful and found my size so quickly. people there always seem to know exactly where everything is. Checkout was easy too, which is basically all you can ask for.
